Origami is very useful for teaching mathematics to blind.
The black line above is the fold on the square sheet. A teacher can use this sheet geometrically to tell him why equation of straight line is
y=(y2-y1)x+y1
The fold is a bit raised and the blind can traverse through this fold to realize the aspects of this equation on the square sheet. Later the teacher can generalize this equation to
y=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)x+C for some arbitrary points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2).
